Effective: August 2026. By using transportationa2b.ca, you agree to the following terms.
1. The site and our services
This site presents the services of Transportationa2b inc.: towing up to 10,000 lb, roadside assistance, long-distance transport across Quebec and Ontario (and surrounding regions) and end-of-life vehicle recycling. Site content is provided for information purposes.
2. Requests and pricing
Submitting a form or calling constitutes a service request, not a contract. Every job is confirmed verbally, including the price, before execution. Payment is by cash or Interac e-Transfer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information (vehicle, locations, situation), to ensure the vehicle is accessible, and to remove personal belongings before pickup.
4. Limitation of liability
Transportationa2b inc. performs every service with diligence, as an insured operator. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages related to the performance of the service. Announced timelines are estimates and may vary with traffic and road conditions.
5. Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, logo) belongs to Transportationa2b inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. External links
The site may contain links to third-party sites whose content we do not control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
